Approximately 60 firefighters were battling a blaze that broke out at the Port of Los Angeles Monday night, the L.A. Times reported.
The fire, engulfing about 150 docks and threatening a ship, broke out at about 6:40 p.m. local time, the Times reported.

Firefighters were combating the flames from both water and land. The LAFD declared the incident a major emergency.
