Check Out the Hilarious Note Left by a Postal Worker Who Simply Couldn't Bear to Deliver This Package
September 26, 2014
"Ok, fair enough..."
However you feel about the folks who deliver your mail, however many stories about slow service (or no service) you've heard, you have to admit that one mail carrier's doozy of an explanation for a no-show package is a reasonable one:
Ok, fair enough @canadapostcorp that’s a decent reason to not drop the package off at my door. pic.twitter.com/ykAldpWpEP

Matthew Fane got the note on his mailbox up the street from his residence in suburban Vancouver, British Columbia, and seemed pretty understanding as he posted to Twitter: "Ok, fair enough @canadapostcorp that's a decent reason to not drop the package off at my door."
Not taking the matter lightly, Canada Post offered to investigate. "How come?" Fane tweeted back. "The service was great — just thought it was funny."
On Thursday Fane tweeted a photo of the bear that was outside his residence, telling The Huffington Post Canada the postal worker took the photo as evidence in case Fane complained to the delivery service.
