While millions of fans explore all the new features of Apple's new iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus, there's one flaw that's apparently leading some users to pull their hair out — literally.

Several Twitter users have complained that the seam that separates the glass and the ultra-thin aluminum on the iPhone 6 Plus has caused them unwanted hair loss, 9to5Mac reported:
The seam on my iPhone 6 where the aluminum meets the glass is definitely catching my hair and pulling it out. #seamgate

My hair keeps getting caught in the microscopic seam between glass and aluminium on my iPhone 6

Anyone else getting beard hairs pulled by the iPhone 6/Plus? It catches my scruff in the seam and yanks it during calls. #hurts #beardgate

The iPhone 6 Plus hair scare is the latest issue that's led to a frenzy on social media:
iPhone 6 Plus is susceptible to:-

#Can'tCatchABreakGate, now iPhone 6 users complain of hair loss. #HAIRGATE: http://t.co/mRcRMW92u3

Other users said they haven't experienced the problem at all, poking fun at the "bald-faced lie:"
My iPhone has NOT pulled out my hair. Many other things do. YOU people make me wa@t to. #hairgate #seamgate #youallcrazy

Two weeks in and I have yet to experience iPhone 6 #Hairgate. Perhaps it's a bald-faced lie? http://t.co/AAYcDGjnrq #toomanygates

But to show just what the device is capable of, one man even took to YouTube to demonstrate what he says is "almost like a shaver:"
Another Twitter user couldn't help but use the latest "scandal" to express her distaste for beards:
Apple hates beards just as much as I do. But Apple will physically hurt you if you decide to grow one: http://t.co/oV2WmgvUaD #hairgate

While Apple did respond to "Bendgate," it has not yet commented on "Hairgate."
