Weather channel host Sam Champion broke out in laughter after meteorologist Carl Parker delivered a Halloween-themed joke on-air Monday.
The joke came after Champion asked Parker what he was planning on being for Halloween.
“I think I’m gonna be Big Bird,” Parker said. “Try to irritate Mitt Romney.”
Champion immediately burst out into laughter.
"I love you, I love you," he said as gained control of himself.
The joke was a reference to Romney's 2012 statement about loving popular Sesame Street character Big Bird after he was accused of wanting to eliminate him as a way to tighten the budget.
