The Profanity-Laced Message Russell Simmons Tweeted to the NY Post, Police Union — Then Deleted

Famed businessman Russell Simmons turned to Twitter late Sunday night to deliver a profanity-laced message to the New York Post and an unnamed NYPD police union.

"NY Post has NEW propaganda from police union," the now-deleted tweet read. "F**K THEM AND THE POLICE UNION WE WILL NOT STOP UNTIL POLICE STOP POLICING THEMSELVES."

Earlier in the day, Simmons had taken jabs at the Fraternal Order of Police union, which attracted controversy after the organization's national president skewered politicians in general following the killing of two cops.
