Police in Orange County are still investigating the Valentine’s Day chaos and trying to determine if it was organized by an individual or group of people, according to the Atlanta Journal Constitution.

Lt. Paul Hopkins, a spokesman with the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, told the West Orange Times and Observer that there was a “shot fired and somebody was robbed” during the incident. Police were reportedly able to rest the suspect and recover his firearm.

“Our main concern is this: These are middle- to high-school kids who have guns, who are shooting guns, who are robbing people, driving stolen cars, and they have drugs in their car,” Hopkins said, adding, “You need to know where your kids are at all times.”
