Watch Bill O'Reilly Rip Apart 'Room Service Eric' and David Corn for Questioning His Falklands Claims

“Why does he have credibility anywhere?”

Bill O'Reilly says he's no Brian Williams — and he's dead-set on making that point however he needs to.

The Fox News host continued to strike back against claims that he misrepresented his war reporting in the fiery, personal way only O'Reilly could.

Appearing on Fox News' "MediaBuzz" via telephone Sunday morning, O'Reilly took aim at David Corn, the Mother Jones writer who initially published allegations that O'Reilly lied about his time covering the 1982 Falklands War.

In O'Reilly's view, Corn is nothing more than a liberal "apparatchik” gunning to take him down at any cost.

O'Reilly slammed CNN media correspondent Brian Stelter for picking up Corn's story.

“Why does [Corn] have credibility anywhere?” O’Reilly said, sounding heated. “Why would CNN or anybody else taking anything he says seriously?”

O'Reilly also had harsh words for Eric Engberg, a former CBS correspondent who has echoed Corn's allegations.

“I’d like everyone to ask him, ‘Were you there?’ [in Argentina during the Falklands War] because his reputation was ‘Room Service Eric,’ because he never left the hotel,” O'Reilly said.

O'Reilly laid out his case clearly — he was in Buenos Aires when anti-government riots broke out and he helped drag an injured photographer to safety — and he challenged anyone who disputes his account to come on his show to hash it out.
