Hillary Clinton has signed a lease on office space in Brooklyn for what is expected to be the headquarters for her 2016 presidential campaign, MSNBC reported Friday.
The lease-signing means a formal declaration of her candidacy is likely imminent, given federal election rules that say an individual must file with the FEC within 15 days of undertaking any campaign action.
