Baltimore residents took to the streets in huge numbers Tuesday – but the scene looked a lot different from what occurred there just hours before.
Baltimore public schools were closed amid the devastation from protests that erupted into all-out riots Monday. But dozens of school-aged kids instead took to the streets to let everyone know the city they call home is still very much open for business.
Dozens of kids along with adults began sweeping the streets and rummaging charred buildings, all in an effort to return things to normal as soon possible.
Take a look at some of the videos and photos that were snapped by news reporters and other onlookers.
