When Seahawks QB Russell Wilson Saw Army Veteran, He Had to Thank Him. But He Did More Than Just Say the Words.

A class act.

Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson committed a simple yet moving act of kindness by upgrading an Army veteran on his recent Alaska Air flight back to Seattle to first class.

The quarterback didn’t boast about his good deed — in fact, the only reason you’re hearing about it now is because the vet took to Twitter on Thursday to thank the Super Bowl-winning QB.

As for the veteran, he later replied that it was the "best flight ever."

Wilson also posted a photo of him hanging out with an Alaska Air crew with the caption, "Don't ever undervalue the importance of consistency."

The quarterback is an all-around class act.
