"I think I really broke my leg."

Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl seemingly broke his leg during a concert performance in Sweden Friday night, but continued to perform anyway.

"I think I just broke my leg," he told the audience after taking a hard fall during the concert. "I think I really broke my leg."

To the audience's surprise, Grohl remained on stage, singing "Under Pressure" as paramedics tended to his injuries. After the song, he announced he had to leave to have his leg looked at.

"Right now, I'm gonna go to the hospital and fix my leg and then we're gonna come back and play for you again," he told the crowd.
