‘Out of Control’: Walmart Employee Confronts Teen Who Allegedly Tried to Steal $7 Shirt — Then All Hell Broke Loose

A Walmart brawl erupted after a teenager allegedly tried to steal a $7 shirt — and the entire thing was caught on cellphone video.

It happened in Charlotte, North Carolina, last week when the teenager was confronted by a member of the store's loss prevention team, WSOC-TV reported.

Warning – video contains graphic violence and strong language.

“This Walmart is really out of control," shopper Dawn Evans said. "They really need to have security here.”

The brawl appears to have started near the entrance before it eventually spilled back into the store, near the cash registers. Multiple people are seen getting involved as one woman recording it tells others to "call the police."

The same woman later asks one man injured in the fight if he needed an ambulance.

"You're bleeding from your eye and your face," she told the man, who refused immediate medical attention.

Following the incident where one person was hospitalized and a 14-year-old male was arrested, Walmart said it plans to increase store security and that it is cooperating with police during an ongoing investigation, WSOC-TV reported.
