Police are seeking information leading to the identity of someone involved in what they're calling an "epic crook fail."
Home surveillance video posted to the California Concord Police Department's Facebook page shows a woman trying to steal an awkward-sized package. Giving up quickly when she found she was unable to manage the tall box from the porch of the home in Crystal Ranch, the woman made off with a pair of "dirty" — as described by the police department — pair of shoes instead.

EPIC CROOK FAIL: Do you recognize this thief? She tried to steal a package from a resident’s porch in the Crystal Ranch area this week.
