With moments to go before caucusing was set to begin at the Des Moines Social Club, more than a hundred potential voters still stood outside in the cold, waiting to get into a Democratic caucus location in downtown Des Moines, Iowa.
Several of those in line told TheBlaze they had participated in several caucuses in the past and the line appeared to be unprecedented in size.
"The turnout is amazing, its much bigger than I imagined," said one woman who was supporting Hillary Clinton.
"This is huge," said another man who was helping voters get registered.
