Rubio Wins Republican Caucuses in Washington D.C., Cruz Comes in Last

See the delegate breakdown.

Republican presidential candidate Marco Rubio emerged the victor of Saturday night's Washington, D.C, caucuses, while rival Ted Cruz finished last.

According to Politico, Rubio earned 37.3 percent of the vote, giving the Florida senator 10 delegates, followed by Ohio Gov. John Kasich who garnered 35.5 percent of the vote, capturing nine delegates.

Republican front-runner Donald Trump came in third, earning 13.8 percent of the vote, but he received no delegates. After him, Cruz earned 12.4 percent of the vote, something the Texas senator will likely use to his advantage as he touts his "anti-establishment" credentials.

Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush (R) and Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul (R) earned 0.5 percent and 0.4 percent of the vote respectively.

As it stands, Trump leads the delegate count with 460, followed by Cruz with 370, Rubio with 163 and Kasich with 63.
