Former White House strategist Steve Bannon made a fiery exit from his post last week and declared all-out war on Trump’s opponents as he returns to Breitbart News.
In a telling interview with the Weekly Standard, Bannon claimed that the “The Trump presidency that we fought for, and won, is over,” however the populist movement remains. Bannon went on to blame the Republican establishment for a watered-down version of Trump's presidency and vowed to “rev up” things at the right-wing news outlet.
“I built a f***ing machine at Breitbart. And now I’m about to go back, knowing what I know, and we’re about to rev that machine up. And rev it up we will do.”
Today on “Pat & Stu,” the guys discussed Bannon’s next steps and the president’s tumultuous relationship with him throughout his stint in the White House.
