Doc Thompson opened up the phone lines and talked with Sarah from NY, a Liberal Constitutionalist. Sarah explained before the break that she's from Africa and she's black. Sarah and her family all supported Trump and voted for Trump.
"...Republicans are all about small business and a lot of African-American communities have suffered and there are no African-American black owned businesses anymore almost. They've almost disappeared because of Democrats and they're you know all their regulations and they make it so difficult for small businesses. I think that's something that really is good for the African-American community to have their own businesses in their own communities and that's what Republicans are all about. "
Doc asks Sarah how we can bring the nation together. She believes one thing we need to get out is that the, "differences between the two parties are not really explained properly." Sarah thinks the Republican party can actually have more minority voters if they just explained it in the right way. They could be focused on different things when speaking to different groups.
"The problem has always been conservatives and libertarians don't think they should go do those things. Not because they're above it. In some cases maybe they've given up on minorities," Doc states.
