Chris Salcedo had a lot of advice for President Donald Trump today on "The Chris Salcedo Show." White House press secretary Sean Spicer addressed questions from the press yesterday regarding former national security adviser Michael Flynn, who is being investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation for lying to Vice President Mike Pence about the fact that he had spoken with a Russian ambassador about looming sanctions on Russia.
During the press conference, Spicer laid the blame entirely on former President Obama's administration, due to the fact that they re-credentialed Flynn in 2016 after the incident with Russia, which took place in 2015.
Salcedo took the President to task for not doing his own vetting of Michael Flynn, stating he "cannot imagine why the Trump administration would trust Obama to do anything." He said "If Obama vetted him, that should've been a red flag right away saying, 'Hey, there's something wrong with this guy.'"
