BlazeTV host Allie Beth Stuckey highlighted the ways in which people are subjected to trending phrases meant to be helpful but take them to extreme levels, creating a toxic environment that is counterproductive.

In this clip, Stuckey demonstrated missed opportunities for true personal growth and instead take a path to extreme levels of "self-love." Phrases included but are not limited to:

"I am enough and I don't need you to change me."
"I've just got to do what is best for me."
"I am not going to change who I am."
"I am trying to do what is best for me."
"You've go to love yourself before you can love other people."
