Why is NYC preparing for a NUCLEAR attack with PSA video?

Do leaders in New York City know something that the rest of us don't? The city’s Emergency Management shared a pubic service announcement Monday called "Nuclear Preparedness PSA," which outlined the three necessary steps to take if a nuclear attack were to occur — though no specifics were provided about why the PSA is being released now.

On the radio program Tuesday, Glenn Beck and Stu Burguiere discuss the latest security threats facing America, why our current leadership likely would be entirely incompetent in responding to them, and why Glenn's not especially convinced our world leaders are actually trying to avoid another world war.
