WATCH: Nancy Pelosi SNAPS as GOP lawmakers defy House mask mandates

On the latest episode of "The Rubin Report," BlazeTV host Dave Rubin talked about House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's (D-Calif.) decision to double down on the chamber's mask mandate despite the CDC's new guidance that says fully vaccinated Americans can go maskless indoors in most circumstances.

Pelosi blasted Republican members of Congress who have refused to disclose whether or not they are vaccinated, adding that relying on the "honor system" isn't enough to lift the mandate. According to a recent survey, roughly 45% of the 212 GOP House members report that they have been vaccinated. Many of the remaining Republican lawmakers did not respond to the survey or inquires, and some declined to share what they consider "personal, private medical information."

"What is this, the honor system? The honor system as to whether somebody's been vaccinated? Do you want them breathing in your face on the strength of their honor?" Pelosi said Thursday.

"This is about science and governance, and science, and governance," she exclaimed. "We have a responsibility to make sure the House of Representatives' chamber is not a petri dish for the, uh, because of the selfishness of some not to be vaccinated."

"Can someone just find me a remotely sane Democrat?" Dave said in response to Pelosi's tirade. "These people have completely lost their minds."
