coughed repeatedly into his hand, but don't worry, the president on Monday tested negative for COVID-19 — but then suffered an embarrassing viral moment when he almost immediately offered to shake hands with Schumer again, appearing to have forgotten that he had just done so.
Biden attempted to hide his faux pas with a weird "I-was-just-wiping-the-drool-off-my-chin" type of maneuver, but it was far too late. Twitter sees all.
