Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh is getting raked over the coals for everything from sexual assault to throwing ice. By comparison, Rep. Keith Ellison (D-Minn.), a Democratic congressman who is running for attorney general, seems to be getting a free pass.

On Wednesday’s radio show, Glenn Beck listed a side-by-side rundown of the evidence against Brett Kavanaugh as compared to the evidence stacking up against Keith Ellison.
