Fear might lead to a more socialist Democrat party and a more anti-media Republican party as the media misrepresents a variety of issues facing Americans. Some are concerned about losing their way of life, whether it is traditional or progressive.

Some will be afraid of their financial future. Doc Thompson reported that 100 percent of the Illinois budget has to be allocated to pay for pensions. This financial crisis might force the state into bankruptcy.

Glenn illustrated how the state got itself into this situation and how it could get much worse on his trusty chalk board.
