Is a 'balanced budget' possible? 'Young Turks' creator, host says no. Here's why.

Cenk Uygur, creator and host of the web series "The Young Turks," debated Doc on today's show over the question of a "balanced" government budget. What does that mean, and is it possible for the government to balance the budget while keeping everything running?

Despite calling himself a capitalist, "I have to say I don't agree [that we need a balanced government budget]," Uygur said.
