Comedian bashes pro-lifers, says abortions should be 'as easy as pushing the on-demand button

In a Fourth of July themed episode of her Netflix show, liberal comedian Michelle Wolf praised abortion as every woman's right, saying it should be as easy "as pushing the on-demand button in the middle of your remote." She also thoroughly bashed pro-lifers, starting with very term 'pro-life' which she called anti-abortion propaganda.

"I know some people call themselves pro-life, but pro-life is a propaganda term that isn’t real, like healthy ice cream and handsome testicles,” said Wolf. "Get the terminology straight. First of all, these people are anti-abortion, which means they're anti-woman. If these people were actually pro-life, they would be fighting hard for health care, child care, education, gun control, and protecting the environment. But these anti-abortion people do not care about life, they just care about birth.”

Glenn noted the irony of Wolf's calling the term pro-life propaganda, pointing out that it was the pro-abortion movement that initially chose the term pro-choice. "Your not pro-choice, you're pro-abortion," he said. "See, you guys started this game ... It was the pro-abortion people that started it and said 'No, no, no, We're not pro-abortion, that's not good.' That's the propaganda game."

Wolf went on to make light of abortion, saying it's not killing a baby, but "stopping a baby from happening. It’s like ‘Back to the Future’ and abortion is the DeLorean. And everyone loves DeLoreans.” She made crass jokes about hangers, said abortions are "super common and the stigma is bulls**t," adding that abortion should be "on the dollar menu at McDonalds." All in all, Wolf's goal seemed to be to normalize, even promote abortion as a common everyday occurrence, and something to laugh about.

But don't take our word for it, watch the clip above to hear all of Wolf's speech as well as Glenn's take on each point.
