Senator Mike Lee expects Neil Gorsuch to be confirmed to the Supreme Court

Senator Mike Lee (R–UT) lays out his argument for why he expects President Donald Trump's nominee for the Supreme Court, Neil Gorsuch, to be confirmed by the Senate. Mike doesn't anticipate that Senate Republicans will have to invoke the so-called "nuclear option" to avoid a Democratic filibuster, as there are other parliamentary tools at the GOP's disposal that should enable them to circumvent the minority party's obstructions.
