Watch: Glenn: Al Franken gave ‘non-resignation resignation speech,’ didn’t apologize

Sen. Al Franken (D-Minn.) announced Thursday that he would be resigning in the coming weeks after allegations that he groped multiple women. But did he actually apologize in his big speech? Not really … most of his remarks covered his career in the Senate and the things he’s supposedly accomplished to help women.
“It was actually the most non-resignation resignation speech you will ever hear,” Glenn said on today’s show. “He basically said, ‘I didn’t do any of that stuff, but since they came after me first, I’m taking one for the team.’”
