Watch: Glenn Beck on the Alt-Right uprising and who's really pulling the puppet-strings

Far-right groups in the 1980’s through the mid-2000’s were known as "skin heads" or "neo-Nazis," and their cause was to spread hate, chaos and violence. Though the underlying purpose of these extremest groups still remains the same, today's white-supremacists masquerade as intellectuals "using an educational pedigree to promote scientific racism and advocate for racial segregation," as Glenn so eloquently put it.

On the show today, Glenn broke out the chalkboard to explain how the alt-right movement has changed it's image to be more accepted by the mainstream, and how Russia is fueling the fringe-politics fire by encouraging separatist factions within American society. Watch the clip above to hear Glenn give us the details regarding the individuals and organizations below:

Jared Taylor -- Founder and editor of white-supremacist organization and magazine "American Renaissance." He was involved with planning the Charlottesville rally. He is considered to be Richard Spencer's mentor and has close ties with Matthew Heimbach.

Alexander Dugin -- Russian political activist who is known for his fascist views. Ring leader in the World National Conservative Movement.

World National Conservative Movement (WNCM) -- an international group of far-right political extremists founded by the Rodina Party and later joined by US groups: Traditionalist Youth Network, American Renaissance, American Freedom Party and League of the South.

Rodina Party -- Russian left-wing political party founded by Dmitry Rogozin.

Dmitry Rogozin -- Current Deputy Prime Minister of Russia in charge of Defense, still has ties to Rodina.

Traditionalist Youth Network -- an American Neo-Nazi, white-supremacist, anti-Semitic group founded by Matthew Heimbach.

Matthew Heimbach -- Founder of Traditionalist Youth Network and main organizer for Charlottesville protest. Close friend of Jared Taylor.

American Freedom Party -- a far-right, white nationalist party lead by Chairman William Daniel Johnson. Known to be involved with a nationalist party in the UK. Allied with Traditionalist Youth Network. The AMP fielded a candidate for president in 2016.

League of the South -- a white nationalist, neo-Confederate, white supremacist organization lead in part by Charlottesville protester, Michael Tubbs. Tubbs is a convicted domestic terrorist who spent four years in prison for plotting to bomb black and Jewish-owned businesses in Florida.
