Watch: 'Minor hooliganism'? Czech tourists arrested for 'Borat' tribute
November 24, 2017
Six Czech tourists wearing lime green "mankinis" and black wigs were arrested earlier this month and fined for "minor hooliganism" after trying to take a picture in front of the "I Love Astana" sign in Kazakhstan's capital.
They were reportedly fined 22,500 tenge ($68) apiece.
Brad shared this "Borat" tribute gone wrong as part of a headlines segment last week and had an important question: Who among us hasn't gotten in trouble for "minor hooliganism"?
