He's known only as "Mike from Seattle," but he'll be remembered at Chicago's Boka for a long, long time. A happy diner praised the eatery for great service and food, and he left a 39 percent tip on his meal for six people plus $100 for each of the restaurant's 18 employees, coming to a whopping $2,000 tip.
