Tom Hanks shows he's got great taste in burger joints (oh, and that he's pretty nice, too)

Hollywood nice guy Tom Hanks just showed — again — why he's universally adored.

Tom Hanks gave some hungry customers at an In-N-Out Burger fast food restaurant in Fontana, California, a pre-holiday treat when he paid for all their meals. After dining at the restaurant with his wife, Rita Wilson, Hanks paid for several customers' meals inside the restaurant and in the drive-through line. The nicest actor in Hollywood also took time to pose for photos with grateful fans.

Not only does he have good taste in movies (forget "Cloud Atlas" and "The Man With One Red Shoe") and women (he IS married to Rita Wilson), his choice of burger joints is spot on (if you counter with "Hey, Five Guys!" — well, you probably liked "Joe Versus the Volcano" too).
