Levin: Nancy Pelosi is 'eviscerating our immigration laws' and encouraging illegal activity

Thursday on the radio, LevinTV host Mark Levin called out Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., for standing before a national audience earlier Thursday and giving advice to illegal aliens on how to evade or escape deportation by Immigrations and Customs Enforcement.

"She's putting ICE agents at risk. She's undermining the executive branch, separation of powers. She's eviscerating our immigration laws. She's eviscerating our administrative immigration law judge orders. And she dares to call this president a dictator! She's merely the speaker of the House. She's merely one of 435 members of the House of Representatives, from San Francisco. Don't tell me she's left-of-center-moderate! This is a radical nut."

Listen:

"All this talk about the president defying the Supreme Court — which he has not done. Which I would have done. Which he has not done. And his decision to husband the data on citizenship and non-citizenship that our departments and agencies have in the executive branch. On and on and on: That he's going to be a dictator, how he's going to defy this, how he's going to — and yet, it is Nancy Pelosi. It is Nancy Pelosi who just put out the word to at least one million illegal aliens who have been administratively adjudicated by administrative law judges in the immigration world, to be deported. She just told them to defy these judges. And nobody but me will call her the fascist that she is. That's right, I said it! Now, if she wants to leave Congress and become a radical left-wing lawyer — first she has to get a law degree — and represent illegal aliens, that's one thing. But to use her status as the speaker of the House of Representatives to encourage illegal activity and the defiance of administrative law judges is beyond the pale."
