"I happen to think we are exceptional," Michael Steele said Monday evening as he announced his intention to run for another term as RNC chairman.
"We have too much work to do," he noted while stressing the differences between his views and those of President Obama, outgoing House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid.
