Gibbs: 'Unconstitutional' Ruling Will Have 'No Practical Impact' on ObamaCare

The White House is rebuffing a U.S. District Judge's ruling that the new mandates included in Democrats' landmark health care overhaul legislation over-extend the constitutional powers delegated to the federal government. The Obama administration is promising to appeal the decision and during a Tuesday press briefing, press secretary Robert Gibbs said the judge's ruling will have "no practical impact at all as states move forward in... implementing the law that Congress passed and the President signed."
