Will TOTUS go dark today?

TOTUS = TelePrompTer of the United States.

There is speculation swirling around DC that the most powerful TelePrompTer in the world will go dark today to honor the passing of inventor Hub Schlafly, Jr.

Mr. Schlafly was a broadcast engineer in the 1950s, and his invention, the TelePropmTer, helped almost every single person who has stood in front of a TV camera needing 'memory support.'

Our current President is famous for his reliance on the magic that Schlalfy's machine provides. David Letterman's 'Late Show' provided the comparison of Barack Obama with and without TelePrompTer.
