Video: Dems answer GOP facts with rhetoric

The campaign arm of American Crossroads released this stinging ad this week, criticizing President Obama's economic record by pointing to growing unemployment, debt and gas prices:

So how did Priorities USA, a Democratic "SuperPAC" respond? By releasing this ad which claims the GOP wants to "tear down the middle class" and disrupt Democrats' "rebuilding of America."

Will this asinine strategy work for Democrats in 2012?

Sadly, it could.  Americans have grown to loooove their entitlements and saying that your political opponents will to rip them from voters' hands has proven to be an effective campaign message in the past.  Needless to say, it's a tactic that has helped us get to the position we are in today -- royally screwed.
