Santorum Blasts Romney on Health Care: 'You Just Don't Have Credibility'

Roughly half an hour in to CNN's GOP presidential debate Tuesday evening, candidates Mitt Romney and Rick Santorum sparred over the health care plan Romney passed while governor of Massachusetts dubed "Romenycare."

Santorum blasted the plan, saying, "You just don't have credibility on Obamacare, Mitt...you have no track record that we can trust you that you're gonna do that (and repeal it)."

Politico shares what was said:

Romney: "This is something that was crafted for Massachusetts." He mentions he said that in his book.

Santorum: "That's not what you said...you took it out of your book."

They interrupted each other for awhile, cutting into each other until Romney repeatedly said, "Rick, you had your chance, let me speak...it was something that was crafted for a state."

He added, "The people of Massachusetts like it by a 3 to 1 margin."

Newt Gingrich joined in with a much more nuanced attack, saying it's not Obamacare, but also a "big government" plan, and "a heck of a lot more than your campaign is admitting."
