November 16, 2011
U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton faced unruly protests in the Philippines today, culminating with an anti-U.S. crowd chucking red paint on a car in Clinton's convoy. Video shows that Clinton was not too flustered by the prankster but rather enjoyed it. I guess having a tiki torch-toting man dressed in a loincloth showing up at some point is the risk you take when having a major conference of global leaders in Hawaii.
The question now is if running behind someone taking a photo in such an outfit will became the next icing, planking, Tebowing-type fad.
