Janet Napolitano: 'There are no guarantees

CNN's Erin Burnett interviewed Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano on Tuesday about the effectiveness of the TSA.

"If someone is willing to kill themselves, they're going to find a way to do it, right? There's no way you can become fool-proof," Burnett asked, referring to attempted suicide bombings. "Look, this is the Department of Homeland Security, not the department of guarantees. There are no guarantees here."
