Revolution': New Occupy Anthem & Music Video Tell Protesters to 'Speed Up Momentum

"...a powerful video documenting the Occupy Movement."

As the Occupy movement wanes during the cold winter months, the group is still managing to find its way into the headlines. Yesterday, we told you about New York City-based Occupiers who have been accused of desecrating the very churches that have taken them in. But even as negative press continues to plague the movement, proponents of the "99 percent" keep churning out videos and other corroboratory elements that support and praise the "revolution."

Following songs and music videos from Miley Cyrus and Joseph Arthur, there's now yet another pro-Occupy video and song that comes from British music producer Mister Biscuit. The tune, entitled, "People of the World (Unite)" has an associated music video that opens with individuals who have tape plastered over their mouths.

Each person's tape says something different -- "revolution," "unite," "change," "brave," and "speak," among other terms. The video and song go on to encourage people to "unite" in their free speech and to "turn up the volume" and "speed up momentum."

The rest of the video is comprised of images and videos from the Occupy movement. Of course, the negative footage of deaths, chaos, actions that led to arrests and other associated occurrences isn't included. Here's a portion of the song's lyrics:

People of the world unite.

For we can no longer walk around with our eyes open and our mouths shut.

Now is the time for change, the time to be brave , the time to scream, to speak to say.

To talk of revolution is one thing, but to make it happen is another

For we we can find adventure everywhere, but not in our armchairs.

People of the world unite.

A note posted under the video on YouTube reads:

I am calling on all members of the Occupy Movement. Our aims; to send an important message to people throughout the world, bring the Occupy movement more attention in the media, and give the campaign further momentum.

UK Music Producer, Mister Biscuit, has collaborated with BBC2 award-winning songwriter Megan Henwood to create the song “People Of The World (UNITE)” a powerful video documenting the Occupy Movement.

The purpose of this video is to encourage the youth of the world to speak out, voice their opinion and to have their say about the world they want to create.

You may also recall singer-songwriter Joseph Arthur's "We Stand as One," which had some questionable lyrics to say the least ("your blood is our paint" was one of the lines directed at the 1 percent). Watch it, below:

And who can forget Miley Cyrus' Occupy-inspired "It's a Liberty Walk" music video? Catch that below as well:
