Listen to the Explosive New Profanity-Ridden Audio Tape Allegedly of Mel Gibson

Hollywood screenwriter Joe Eszterhas has released a new audio tape allegedly of actor and director Mel Gibson raging at house guests in his home in Costa Rica, TMZ and The Wrap report.

In it, the person identified as Gibson demands, "Why don’t I have a first draft of 'The Maccabees'?" and asks, "What the f--k have you been doing?" He also screams about ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva -- the mother of his young daughter -- and says, "I am earning money for a filthy little c--ksucker who takes advantage of me!"

The audio comes after Eszterhas -- who was working with Gibson on an action flick about Jewish warrior Judah Maccabee -- penned a letter to Gibson earlier this month accusing him of hating Jews and calling the Holocaust "mostly a lot of bullsh-t." Gibson hit back, saying Eszterhas' letter was full of "utter fabrications."

"Gibson called me a liar," Eszterhas told The Wrap of his decision to release the audio, recorded by his son in December. "And I also have some reason to believe he’s creating a PR blitz questioning my truthfulness.”

In 2010, a series of tapes were released of Gibson admitting to hitting Grigorieva and threatening to kill her.

Update: Gibson is reportedly considering suing Eszterhas for releasing the audio, according to TMZ:

Sources connected with Mel tell TMZ ... the actor believes he has a "basic human right" NOT to be secretly recorded in his own home.

We're told Mel's people are looking at the laws of Costa Rica to determine if recording laws were violated and, even if they weren't, if Mel's right of privacy was violated by the release of the audio.
