Obama's economic speech from Thursday in Cleveland has been maligned by both the Left and the Right and even the press. Some panned it as uninspiring. And maybe that's because they've heard it before.
The eagle-eyed RNC noticed the the speech on Thursday mimicked one he gave in April:
This isn't the first time Obama's been caught doing it. Most famously, he's been busted recycling elements of his State of the Union speeches.
