Real News' War Room: Job Numbers Come In, Out Goes Political Spin

The July jobs report came out Friday and although it marks the biggest gain in five months--163,000 jobs – legislators on the left and right agree that it’s still not enough. With unemployment is still over 8 percent, at 8.3, many are looking at this as the “lost decade.” The numbers could spell real political trouble for President Obama, who has somehow managed to stay ahead in polls with Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney despite a majority of voters agreeing that jobs and the economy is the number one issue this November. .

On 'Real News' Friday the panel discussed the still negative numbers, if Mitt Romney will be able to use them to his advantage, and when the continued slow recovery will take its toll on the president's reelection hopes.
