With less than three hours before the final set of speeches are delivered at the Republican convention, Mitt Romney's is “pretty locked," a campaign adviser told ABC News.
The adviser also said Romney's speech will touch on four areas: Romney's world view, his biography, criticism of President Obama's policies and finally his own vision for the country.
And in the spirit of Ann Romney's speech Tuesday, in which she said she wanted to "talk about love"...
Before the speech, convention organizers plan to show a video presentation featuring Romney. In it, “Governor Romney talks about love,” the adviser said.
