Horrifying: Killer Attacks Children After 12-Year-Old's Birthday in New Jersey

The New York Daily News is reporting that a six-year-old boy is dead and his 12-year-old sister is in critical condition after an assailant entered their home in the middle of the night and slashed their throats.

12-year-old Amber Andujor ran to her neighbors after the horrific attack, saying a man known in the neighborhood as "Papi" did it, though the police have not yet confirmed the identity of the monster.

According to WCAU-TV, "Papi" is the son of a local preacher, and occasionally cuts the hair of the local children.

"He plays with the kids sometimes,” neighbor Nakyta McCray, who called 911 after the attack, remarked. “People would never think he would do something like this.”

The children were apparently under the supervision of their older sister-- who was not hurt--at the time, because their mother was in the hospital recovering from surgery.

Andujor had just celebrated her 12th birthday.

According to the Daily News, police believe "Papi" may have cut his arm at some point Sunday and followed a trail of blood to a nearby junkyard, but they have not yet made any arrests.
