After having upheld affirmative action in 2003, the institution is once again set to go before the Supreme Court. On Wednesday, the highest court in the land will hold oral arguments on the constitutionality of using race as a factor in deciding whether a student will be admitted to a public college or university. Some things have changed since 2003, including the replacement of swing-voting justice Sandra Day O'Connor.
