Update: Politico reports Commission on Presidential Debates has denied any change in the rules ahead of tonight's debate.
Fox News is reporting that both President Obama and Mitt Romney have agreed to answer followup questions in tonight's presidential debate.

We have yet to see the new agreement to take followups reported outside of Fox News.
