First off: Gross.
Second, we feel sorry for whoever had to put together the following graph on the areas in the U.S. with the highest rates of STDs per 100,000 people. Because, again, gross:

Big takeaways: Chlamydia is way more common than it should be, there’s something really weird going on in the South (the highest occurrences of chlamydia, gonorrhea, andsyphilis?) and the Northeast has the unfortunate distinction of being the region with the highest concentration of Aids victims.
