Black Chamber of Commerce CEO Discusses the Effects of Obamacare With Wilkow

Late last week the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the AFL-CIO reportedly came to an agreement on a guest worker program for low-skilled immigrants, key to securing support for the Senate 'Gang of Eight' bipartisan immigration reform plan.

National Black Chamber of Commerce CEO Harry Alford joined "Wilkow!" Thursday to discuss how businesses see the effect the proposed immigration reform plans will have on the economy.
